Job Description
- Assist in managing current customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls, addressing.
- Customer inquiries and concerns.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers and customers, acting as a liaison between them and the company.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to both customers and carriers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
- Address and resolve any problems or issues faced by customers and carriers efficiently and effectively.
- Provide accurate shipment quotations for customers and coordinate shipment arrangements as per customer requirements.
- Represent the company in a professional manner, serving as a role model for other employees and upholding company standards.
