Customer Service, Operation


Job Description

  1. Assist in managing current customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  2. Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls, addressing.
  3. Customer inquiries and concerns.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers and customers, acting as a liaison between them and the company.
  5. Deliver outstanding customer service to both customers and carriers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
  6. Address and resolve any problems or issues faced by customers and carriers efficiently and effectively.
  7. Provide accurate shipment quotations for customers and coordinate shipment arrangements as per customer requirements.
  8. Represent the company in a professional manner, serving as a role model for other employees and upholding company standards.

  2. Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and remain flexible.
  3. Quick to learn and apply new information, skills, and technologies.
