Job Responsibilities

1. Share proforma schedule to customer.
2. Handle for Tank Rental Bookings.
3. Provide Harmonized System (HS) code, connecting vessel schedule, Booking details, Tank Certificate, Dangerous Goods (DG) cargo to transhipment team.
4. Check for Dangerous Goods (DG) cargo form from customer correctly and submit to carrier to approve Dangerous Goods (DG) for connecting vessel in transhipment.
5. Booking space and complete bookings requirements via emails or website with carrier at transhipment and thrushipment based on customer bookings, rate approval and instruction for nominated, freehand, Carrier Own Container (COC) shipment.
6. Provide Booking Confirmation / Delivery Order / Container Release Order to customer and send tank survey order to depot team and surveyor team.
7. Provide Tank certificate, Last Three cargo (L3C) data to cutomer and coordinate regarding equipment availability.
8. Provide to customer the CLC ( Cleanliness Certificate ).
9. Vetting the booking data & documents to customer submitted correctly.
10. Update Booking confirmation in sysfreight system and Provide Export Booking Order and attachment (Bill of Lading two copies, Shipping Certificate two copies (if any), Legend Tank invoice, Quotations for all Shipments and Approval rate, Freight Rate Amendment, waivers, Reimbursements or Local charge status).
11. Provide Carrier/Feeder invoice with supporting documents : invoices with Person in Charge verification and approval,rate approval, Bill of Lading, Faktur Pajak(if any).
12. Send forecast report from Belawan.
13. Update Cargo Monitoring Report.
14. Solving regarding Carrier/Feeder payment outstanding (if any).
15. Provide company data new customers ( Surat Pengukuhan Pengusaha Kena Pajak(SPPKP) , Surat Keterangan Terdaftar (SKT), Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak (NPWP), Terms of payment ).
16. Coordinate regarding customer compliants and solve the problems timely.
